La petite soeur de la MPC2000XL, intègre toutes les fonctions et possibilités qui ont fait le succès des MPC, le tout dans un minimum de place et en conservant le toucher unique de leurs célèbres PADs. la MPC1000, véritable \"machine à groove\", intègre d\'origine 16 Mo de RAM (dont 5 Mo de sons) extensible à 128 Mo avec l\'option EXM128 pour un échantillonnage en 16 bit et une capacité de 32 voix de polyphonie.
